    Caregivers who already support a client may be able to transfer to Comfort Home Care together with that client.

    This option can help preserve the familiar care relationship while giving the caregiver access to available pay, benefits, and agency support.

    The client or authorized representative must agree to the transfer. Eligibility, health plan participation, authorization, and enrollment requirements may apply.
